Born into a family of opera singers, Maddie was always destined for the entertainment business. After 15 years managing nightclubs & restaurants in Manchester, she left the city lights to take over ‘The White Lion’ in the quiet hamlet of Bourton. She is an experienced events organiser, who can arrange everything from dinner parties of 10 to weddings of 200, whilst juggling 2 kids, a husband and home.

Referred to as ‘Chef Extraordinaire’! Rob spent his youth in Bristol and attended catering college (for which we are all truly grateful). After years in contract catering he opened a restaurant in Ringwood with his father. Although he enjoyed the management side of catering, he really LOVED to cook and he’s good! 10 successful years at The Dolphin Inn Gillingham confirmed this, he has just celebrated 35 years of catering!
